Your bones are your foundation, your pelvis a place of strength and power - and nurturing a relationship with that which holds and supports you can be metaphoric of how you can show up for yourself.

Turn towards your own inner wisdom: the path towards and through menopause can be a deep invitation in reconnecting and re-imagining life…

...so let us start with the bones, your structure – your pelvis.

There is a profound connection between pelvis and throat (big clue here is the presence of the cervix, and your cervical spine is in your neck!) Many women feel blocked in the throat area – there is a gateway we can engage in the connection and movement up and through your Empowered Pelvis – creating a foundation of safety & strength for your voice to emerge unfettered.

We will explore:

Mapping the bony pelvis – exploring the relationship and connection with your body
Connecting Pelvic Power & Voice
Sounding
Boundaries
Anger
Grounded Sensitivity
Connection
Circle
Path-weaving

Explore the Power of your Pelvis in this half day workshop led by Alina & Lynley.

This is a holistic exploration, body, mind & soul.

“Make an ally of Bone Woman – she is the caretaker of your bones. Talk to her directly. Do ceremony with her. Light a candle for her. Go inside your bones with consciousness and honour them for supporting you all these years. As we move through the gateway of menopause, that is one of the first teachers we should acknowledge and listen to, the great teacher of the body and bones…” (Excerpt from Lynn Andrews)

Lynley Erin is a musician, facilitates women’s circles and explorations, and offers ceremonies, such as Mama Blessings, Handfastings & Menopause Rite of Passage. She feels the call of working with women in honouring and making sacred the transitions and life events – at this stage delving deeply in the world of supporting birth & the mother, and also what women move through spiritually and emotionally in the autumn of life (the path of menopause) and how they can connect consciously during this time of change to burn down the falsities and misalignments, and reveal the new life awakened.
