If your birth unfolded in a way that was different than you hoped for, you're experiencing emotional unease, difficulty accepting & processing what happened in your birth, or thinking about things you ‘should’ have done and carrying the weight of this in your heart...the awareness of this is an invitation into compassion and choice. However you birthed is your rite of passage ~ and together we can look at the threads of your story, what needs some love and attention; to explore & weave in new meaning-making, and a greater sense of peace.
